Apartments for Rent.
In 2015 and 2016 I have now bought 6 apartments for rent.
The 6 apartments have all cost between 190 tkr and 360 tkr. They are located between Nakskov and Korsør and Nykredit has provided financing for all the apartments.
The purpose of my occasions is to generate a return on the rental income alone - that is, regardless of any possible increase in value.
That's why I call it real estate investment - and not property speculation.

# 1: One month's deposit is minimum
I have let more tenants save a deposit of 500 kroner a month.
But now I have once experienced a tenant who had to move after 3 months because she did not pay on time (and had forgotten to tell she had 2 cats that are not allowed). Only 500 kroner were saved in the deposit, and the refurbishment after her cost me over 6,000 kroner. From now on, everyone pays a minimum of 1 month's deposit and can save the rest.

In connection with the purchase of an apartment you must expect a certain renovation. In practice, paint, floor grinding and fixed electrical outlets can come very far. The objection I most often hear when I tell about how I invest in real estate is: "Well, is not it hard to find tenants?".
All of my apartments are in cities with 10,000 inhabitants and more. Here the rental market is as strong as it has always been. A cyclical downturn means that fewer buys their own place, but we still have to overcome our heads and the rental market is doing very well.
